Crumbl Cookies in Delaware was a hit! Only Seth could finish his cookie. The rest of us ate until stuff and had leftovers.

Port Clinton Getaway
We spent Friday-Monday at a condo in Port Clinton, returning to the same neighborhood we enjoyed so much last year. Tego went with us & did pretty well. We hit up the park, beach, Jolly Roger's, an outdoor tiki restaurant, swam, and more.

Goodbye to the Yarns
We said goodbye to the Yarns tonight & felt fortunate for one last gathering. Wishing them the very best as they get settled in Philadelphia!

Tego - 9 Weeks Old
We love Tego! He likes to sleep a lot, and we often find him spread out vertically or sleeping under the office desk chair (he likes his dad). Training is going great. Having him burn off energy in the evening definitely helps with teething and nipping.

Birthday Dinner
We took the kids to Swensons Drive-In for a fun birthday dinner out. The kids were hyped up & had so much fun in the back of the van. We were hyped over the awesome veggie burgers.

Emerson's 4th Birthday Party
Emerson could hardly wait for his birthday party! He was delighted to have Brodie, Baylor, and Baker on hand to celebrate puppy-style. We were also glad that Zech, Sheila, Grandma, Grandpa, and Sarah could come.
A very special shout-out to Aunt Berchie and Uncle Jim on their 50th wedding anniversary! There was a surprise diamond followed by a trip to the zoo with Amanda and boys and then the party for Emerson. They are the best example of putting family first - even on their golden jubilee.
The gathering wrapped up with the Kona Ice truck that came through the neighborhood.

First Swim of the Season
Big Grandpa was camping at Cross Creek, so the kids put on their suits and we headed over so they could have a frigid dip. We also tried out the five-person bike. It was tough going uphill. While we were struggling, a small girl asked us, "Why are you going so slow?" That just cracked us up!
