Braces On

Winnie did an awesome job reminding me to turn the key to her expander nightly for a month. She's done with that phase, and has braces with wires on top.

Easter Sunday

We celebrated Easter Sunday in Marion and were glad Grandma Lovie had made it home. Zech, Matt, and Molly were there, too. Emerson had fun riding Zech's (later Matt's) old Bigwheel and "fighting" his uncles.

Easter Celebration in Kettering

We celebrated Easter in Kettering on Saturday. The older kids hid eggs inside, and the younger ones went on a hunt. GG gave Emerson a special crossstitch for his room. We spotted a turtle on a walk at a metro park. Tego and Nash got to play together. We also got in some Scrabble and pool.

OYAA Tee-Ball

Emerson and Coach Seth met with fellow Angels for the first time. This season of tee-ball is through the Olentangy Youth Athletic Association. Emerson's preschool classmate Charlie is on his team.

Good Friday

It was a joy to take Good Friday off. The kids and I got ice cream and went to two playgrounds.

Easter Eggs

Following our tradition of past years, we dyed Easter eggs outdoors. Mina joined in on the fun.

Baby Shower

We had so much fun celebrating baby Maggie with Molly, Matt, and others in Stow, Ohio. 49 days to go! The shower was beautiful, and Matt's reaction to adorable baby clothes was hilarious.

Reporter Visits Shale Meadows

Winnie enjoyed reporter Mindy Drayer's visit to Shale Meadows.

Coshocton Volleyball, Round Two

In Coshocton for a second time this season, Kit's team played in a two-day tournament last weekend. While they didn't win on Saturday, they won both brackets games on Sunday. Kit scored the winning point for both of these games!

We had the joy of staying at the Medberry Manor Bed and Breakfast. Hosts Bill and Sharon were delightful and even prayed for us before we took off.

Spring Break '22 - Sugarcreek

We enjoyed another getaway to the Carlisle Inn in Sugarcreek. Mother nature played an April Fool's Day trick on us with light snow.
