Saturday we went to the Swaisgood's annual Halloween party in Bowling Green as three spiders and Little Miss Muffet.

Boating at Indian Lake

Sunday we got to enjoy the beautiful day at Indian Lake with Big Grandpa, Grandma Lovie, Uncle Jim, Aunt Berchie and Seth. The girls took turns driving the boat (in circles).

Surprise Party

Seth and I thought we were having dinner with his parents Saturday night, but lo and behold, it was a surprise party that included Dr. and Mrs. Jump, Meg, Nathan, Kara and Cody. I wish I had taken a group shot with my phone to capture the special engagement/birthday celebration. There were cards, gifts and many kind and gracious words.

Dance sessions for the fall season wrapped up on Saturday.

Marching Band

We tracked down the marching band Friday night! We got to Delaware Hayes just in time for front row seats to the band's pregame practice. When I put Kit to sleep, we could still hear the band playing, and she told me, "I'm going to enjoy the music in the night!"

Cinderella

The girls have been eating fruits and vegetables to earn stars to "buy" Cinderella. They finally got their star chart completed, and they watched the movie for the first time on Thursday. It was a treat for me to hear them laughing at the mice who help Cinderella.

A Birthday Celebration for Seth

We celebrated Seth's birthday a couple of days early on Sunday. The girls had as much fun preparing a banner, cake and cards as they did actually celebrating with Doc.
