The girls got their very own library cards at the Orange Branch today.

Make It: Sushi Rolls

The girls learned how to make sushi rolls today from our friend Sarah.

17 Months

Little man is 17 months old today. As you can see, he loves his ba ba. He has become increasingly loving and is generous with hugs and kisses. He answers "no" for both yes and no. His favorite song is "Baby Beluga" by Raffi.

Autumn Play

Trick-or-Treat

Little man couldn't believe what he was seeing during trick-or-treat. After observing for awhile, he went into the garage and came out with a bucket ;)

Trunk-or-Treat

The girls had a fun time seeing their teachers dressed up at the school's Trunk-or-Treat.

Swaisgood Halloween Party

No shortage of Hippies at the Swaisgood party this year! We laughed and laughed when we saw Uncle Jim and Seth were dressed the same. Matt rode with us, and he was a doc. Kit went as a lama, Emerson as a COTA bus driver, and Winnie as Dorothy. I was a Team Noah Superhero.

Columbus Half Marathon

I ran my second half marathon today, and Seth brought the gang out to cheer me on at the finish. This was my way of welcoming in age 40, and my goal was to run the 13.1 miles under 2 hours. I finished at 1:52:59 (8:38 min/mile).

Be a Star Show Choir Camp

The girls had a blast at the Olentangy High School show choir workshop with the Keynotes and She-notes! Kit got to be paired with Emily again, and Winnie was paired with Sam. Grandpa came with Mom and Doc to the performance.

Fall Festival

We enjoyed Emerson's first visit to the pumpkin patch during the fall festival at Miller's Country Gardens. He loved the hay ride and was amazed by all the pumpkins. He kept saying, "Wow!" and "Whoa!"

Blanket Fort

These two worked well together to create an elaborate fort in the basement.

Make It Saturday: Painting

More painting on this fine Saturday! Kit and Rylan worked for a long time on their masterpiece for the closet they play in, and Winnie and Cam painted some pictures, too.
